We offer a wide selection of types and sizes
of African drums including djembe's (as shown above), ashikos, bougarabous,
and djun djun's that are either imported from West Africa or pieced of
smooth quality wood by the craftsmanship of a local professional. Alex
makes the drums he doesn't import, and can also do repairs on all the
types of drums we sell. We refuse to sell anything of sub-par quality and
we can guarantee that your drum will be well-constructed and sound
beautiful.
All drums are made goat skin from West Africa, and some of our lower
sounding drums are from the hides of a cow. Each skin is treated as a gift
and is thanked as the drums are headed.
